Jerk is traditionally used as a coating for goat and pork. These days it is used on just about anything. This is a mild version as many people enjoy the flavor of Jerk but don't enjoy the intense heat that can accompany it. Spice it up with the chile of your choice; a Scotch Bonnet or Habanero would be traditional.
